Lapel pin presented to Skipper Williams upon his first day at the Hong Shik Chung Taekwondo Studio in Atlanta Georgia in 1971. Although a brown belt in Japanese Karate at that time, after earning his blackbelt he would go on and dominate the blackbelt in Atlanta, Georgia and throughout the South Eastern U.S.A. On August 19, 2022 Grandmaster Skipper Williams received the highest honor in Taekwondo upon being inducted into the OFFICIAL TAEKWONDO HALL OF FAME®
