This is the 9th dan certificate of GM Sergio Chavez of Mexico. On March 6, 2020 he made history by becoming the first person Mexican born to receive Kukkiwon 9th dan. He also holds the distinction of being the first person Mexican born to receive S-Class referee status (#25).
