This is the actual certificate presented to GM Joon P. Cho by Song Moo Kwan founder Byung Jik Rho. GM Jhoon P. Choi whose school was based in Columbus, Ohio during the 70’s produced numerous male and female champions. In addition to serving as head coach of the USA National Taekwondo Team he is best known for his event called the Arnold Classic.
