Master Kim, born Sung Yung Kil in Seoul in 1966 was adopted in Belgium in 1972, becoming Kim BOULERT with a change of year of birth. Trained by late G.M. Beom Jhoo Lee, he was only 16 when he opened his own dojangs all across Belgium. Master Kim has started teaching in several clubs in Belgium when he was 16 years old. Competitor in the Belgian national team, he has participated at the 8th World Taekwondo Championships of Barcelona in 1987. He was called to military service where he performs as a military elite in taekwondo, while continuing the competition. After 35 years, he contuses to work with conviction and the same devotion for the promotion of taekwondo, as a principal activity within his Academy, one of the biggest of Belgium, with several dojangs. He has formed several champions of Belgium, Instructors and about thirty black belts. He gives initiation courses in many schools with a few thousands of students and also team building.
