(Kumdo 6th Dan)

Student of Grandmaster Chang Seong Dong, 9th Dan, founder of Sangrok World Taekwondo Academy in Seoul. Founder of Sangrok Norway, a chain of school, currently 10 schools. 4 times Norwegian Champion

He has more than two years in Korea, studying under GM Chang and been traveling all over the world teaching and training.

Former Self Defence instructor for Norwegian Military.
Speaker for companies in subjects like zen, how to improve etc.
European champion in Taiji 2002.
President of Norwegian Taekwondo Section/Federation 1998.
