Jidokwan GM Young Jun Chang, former President of the Taekwondo Association of Greater New York and Instructor to New York Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik. In 2009 he was posthumously inducted into the OFFICIAL TAEKWONDO HALL OF FAME®
