Grandmaster Dae Sup An is perhaps one of the greatest of the great Taekwondo champions that competed during the 60’s in national and friendly matches in Korea and Japan. One of the lesser known facts is that he co- founded Taekwondo in Mexico with David Moon after both arrived there in 1969. While David Moon founded Moo Duk Kwan Dae Sup An founded the Jidokwan.

2022 – GM Dae Sup An received the highest honor in Taekwondo upon being inducted into the OFFICIAL TAEKWONDO HALL OF FAME® (August 19, 2022)
