This is the laurel head crown given to all gold medal winners of 2004 Athens Olympic. Inside is the official participation medal. This artifact was donated to the UNITED STATES TAEKWONDO MUSEUM® by Grandmaster Jessica B. Stenholm (Norway). Recognized worldwide for her leadership in Taekwondo education and officiating, she served as a World Taekwondo (WT) referee and was selected as an Olympic official for Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004, reflecting a career dedicated to integrity, excellence, and the advancement of the sport.
In 2017 GM Jessica Stenholm received the highest honor in Taekwondo upon bein inducted into the OFFICIAL TAEKWONDO HALL OF FAME®. She currentky serves as National Director of the Official Taekwondo Hall of Fame representing Norway.
