Shown here is the team trophy won by Captain Michael O,Malley at the General Choi Cup Championship held in 1976. Michael O’Malley who was a member of the U.S.A. National Taekwondo Team in 1978 to 1981. In 1984 he was selected as U.S. Team coach of the East Squad at the Olympic Sports Festival held in Houston, Texas . He served as Athlete’s Representative to the USOC and in 2009 reveived the highest honor in Taekwondo upon being inducted into the OFFICIAL TAEKWONDO HALL OF FAME®.
