Kuk Hyun Jung was recently named as Korea’s All-Time Best World and Olympic Taekwondo Champion by the same organization. A professor at the National Sports University of Korea he made history by becoming the first person to win 4 World Titles as well as a gold medal at the 1988 Olympic Games. His highest honor came in 2011 when he was inducted into the TAEKWONDO HALL OF FAME® in an historic ceremony held in Kukkiwon Gymnasium on August 25, 2011. It was the first time that the TAEKWONDO HALL OF FAME was held in Korea the birthplace of Taekwondo.
