GM Young Bo Kong

Grand Master Young Bo Kong holds the distinction of being the first ITF World Champion earning that title in Montreal, Canada at the First ITF World Taekwon-Do Championships. He was also voted as the best overall player at the historic event. In that same year he was selected to participate in Henry Cho’s All American Open “Tournament of Champions” which featured other greats such as Daniel Richer of Canada, World Champion Jeff Smith and others. In 2007 GM Young Bo Kong received the highest honor in Taekwondo upon being inducted into the OFFICIAL TAEKWONDO HALL OF FAME®.
