Grand Master Ridvan was in born on 05/09 1962. Arrived in Australia 12/08/1970, He started Judo in 1972. In 1975 he started boxing.In 1976 he started Taekwondo and continues to train today. Between the years of 1979 and 1987 he is a 3 time National and 7 time State Champion in Taekwondo. In 1988 he won Gold at the Malaysian Open. In 2009 Gold Medal at the World Martial Arts Games. he opened up his first dojo on 4th February 1982. The dojo is still operation today consisting of 2000 students spread over 5 locations. He holds a 9th Degree  Black Belt in Taekwondo and 9th Degree Black Belt in Hapkido. In 1993 he was awarded a certificate of honour from WTF Korea. In 2000 he was awarded a letter of commendation for his dedication and service to the sport of Taekwondo from WTF Korea. In 2006 he was awarded a certificate for his dedication and service to the sport of Taekwondo from WTF Korea. In 1996 he became an International Referee and Refereed at the Commonwealth and Asian Games. He Coached the Australian National Taekwondo team in 1998 and 1999 at the World Championships. He has graduated over 3500  Black Belts Since opening his first dojo. He runs seminars and workshops in Primary and High School across the country on the sport of Taekwondo. He was the manager of the Turkish team at the 2005 (Spain), 2007 (China), 2009 (Denmark), 2011 (Korea) and 2013 (Mexico) World Taekwondo Championships. In 2004 He was placed on the cover page of the Taekwondo Magazine (Australia). In 2008 Beijing Olympics- with the Turkish Taekwondo Team In 2012 London Olympics- With the Turkish Taekwondo Team 2016 Rio Olympics, Between the years of 2009-2020 he won the Global Top Martial Arts School Award for Australia by The Educational Funding Compa​ny (EFC). This achievement making him the highest earning Martial Arts School in the world with The Educational Funding Company (EFC), in 2015 Inducted into Taekwondo Hall of Fame.
